Residence & procedures
For questions about residence and in asylum-related procedures, we explain how things work. We keep an eye on deadlines along the way.
Advice and support
Things usually get difficult where several offices and deadlines overlap. We sort out your situation with you and organise what needs to happen now.
We talk to you as equals.
Wherever possible, we advise you in the language you feel comfortable in.
One task after another, in a sensible order.
We coordinate with authorities and specialist services.
